TRX Kettlebell Split Lunges

Beginner
  1. Stand facing away from the TRX anchor point.
  2. Hold a kettlebell close to your chest or at your side.
  3. Place one foot forward and the other foot back in a split stance.
  4. Hold the TRX handles lightly for balance.
  5. Keep your chest lifted and core braced.
  6. Lower your back knee toward the floor under control.
  7. Keep your front knee tracking in line with your toes.
  8. Drive through your front foot to return to the starting position.
  9. Complete the desired reps on one side.
  10. Switch legs and repeat.
