Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Will Duru

I’m a personal trainer based in London and the founder of the 12REPS strength training app. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them achieve greater strength, improved health, and reach goals they never thought possible.

The idea for 12REPS came from a simple observation I made repeatedly in the gym: people showing up without a plan. They’d wander from machine to machine, do a few random exercises, and leave feeling frustrated and seeing no real results.

My passion for fitness has always been a huge part of my life, driving me to study Sport & Exercise Science and learn the principles behind practical training.
