Swiss Ball Seated Shoulder Press

Beginner
  1. Sit on a Swiss ball holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Place your feet firmly on the floor about shoulder-width apart.
  3. Sit tall with your chest lifted and core braced.
  4. Bring the dumbbells to shoulder height with your palms facing forward.
  5. Keep your elbows slightly in front of your body.
  6. Press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are extended.
  7. Pause briefly at the top.
  8. Lower the dumbbells under control back to shoulder height.
  9. Keep your torso stable throughout the movement.
  10. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
