Dumbbell Incline Press

Intermediate

Set an adjustable bench to a 30 to 45 degree incline.
Sit on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
Lie back and position the dumbbells beside your upper chest.
Plant your feet firmly on the floor.
Pull your shoulder blades back into the bench.
Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are extended.
Pause briefly at the top.
Lower the dumbbells under control back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
