Dumbbell Incline Row

Beginner

Set an adjustable bench to a 30 to 45-degree incline.
Lie chest-down on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
Let your arms hang straight below your shoulders.
Keep your chest supported and core braced.
Pull the dumbbells toward your lower ribs.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
Lower the dumbbells under control.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
