TRX Squat to Row

Beginner
  1. Adjust the TRX straps to mid-length.
  2. Stand facing the anchor point and hold the handles with both hands.
  3. Walk your feet forward slightly to create tension in the straps.
  4. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  5. Lower into a squat while keeping your arms extended.
  6. Drive through your heels to stand back up.
  7. As you stand, pull the handles toward your ribs.
  8. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the row.
  9. Extend your arms and lower back into the next squat.
  10. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
