Swiss Ball Dumbbell Chest Press

Intermediate
  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and sit on a Swiss ball.
  2. Walk your feet forward until your upper back and shoulders are supported by the ball.
  3. Lift your hips so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
  4. Position the dumbbells beside your chest with your elbows bent.
  5. Brace your core and keep your glutes engaged.
  6. Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended.
  7. Pause briefly at the top.
  8. Lower the dumbbells under control back to the starting position.
  9. Keep your hips elevated throughout the movement.
  10. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
