Swiss Ball Dumbbell Lateral Raises

Beginner
  1. Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
  2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Brace your core and keep your chest lifted.
  4. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
  5. Raise the dumbbells out to your sides.
  6. Lift until your arms reach shoulder height.
  7. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  8. Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position.
  9. Keep your torso still throughout the exercise.
  10. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
