Front Squats

4 sets of 12 reps
• Hold the kettlebell at your chest, drop into a deep squat, and drive back up.

Kettlebell Swings

4 sets of 15 reps
• Hinge at the hips and use your glutes to power the kettlebell up to chest height.

Static Split Lunges
